The hotel is so enchanting, the staff is supper friendly. It is in particularly good and incredible location to a large mall, set right next to the venue. The hotel is in the business zone. The property provides a good service. It offers easy check-in.

The hotel is definitely recommended to others. The venue is enchanting and exceptionally comfortable, has very courteous staff at reception service and room service. The room is wonderful, with large bed and exceptionally good view. The buffet breakfast is a great bonus.

The venue was set in the central position not far from other areas, business center, reliable internet, speedy service and efficient service and shopping area. We had lunch in Subway, located nearby.

The staff are accommodating and offer wake up service and ironing free of charge. The ambiance is family.

The room was outstanding and wonderful with 4 walls, and I slept very well. The breakfast with milk & ginger.

I was pleasantly surprised by my recent stay at Al Hamra Palace. The room was spacious, clean, and had a luxurious feel. The breakfast spread was delicious with plenty of variety. The location was also convenient for my business needs. I highly recommend this hotel.

The rooms are amazingly clean and tide . the staff are all friendly and helpful . I loved the design of the rooms !! a good advantage that u can rent a car with a driver directly from the booth that's located in the lobby of the hotel .

The staff at the hotel, especially the Indian guy at the restaurant and Mr. Azeez at the reception, were excellent. The food quality was good, and there were options for vegetarians. The location was convenient, with nearby options for food, grocery shopping, and pharmacies. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and offered an amazing view. The hotel was suitable for both business and leisure purposes, with a good location and helpful staff. The room service was fast, and the food was enjoyable. The staff, including the Restaurant Manager, Egg Chef, and front desk staff.

The hotel staff made us feel like family, and there was no reason to complain.
